Hand-thrown stoneware vase with asymmetric curves accented with hand sculpted chains in a natural finish. Palm details are hand painted with wax to create negative images with the use of layered underglaze before finishing with clear gloss glaze. Each negative image is highlighted with real gold overglaze to add dimension. This vase has been hand thrown on the wheel, trimmed, hand sculpted, hand painted in multiple layers and fired a total of four times. Chain has been attached to this vessel at two points with raffia accented by handmade and hand painted beads. All ceramics are handmade, due to that there may be small imperfections making each piece unique.
