Micayla's original artwork is a one of a kind handmade piece of art that has been hand painted and or sculpted. Exact colors in person may differ slightly from colors online due to screen configurations. Additionally all work is hand made and may contain slight imperfections. All original artwork will come with a certificate of authenticity.

Micayla Williams reserves all copyrights to original artwork. All original artwork may be made available in print form at the artists discretion at anytime.

Micayla Williams Art is currently ships to the USA and EU. National and International shipping and handling fees are determined by the size and weight of the artwork.

All shipping is calculated via using USPS, if Micayla Williams Art is able to ship your item at a reduced cost with an alternate carrier after an item has been purchased and shipping has been paid a refund of the shipping difference will be returned to the customer.

For international orders outside the USA or EU please email studio@micaylawilliams.com to receive a shipping quote. Once the shipping and handling is agreed upon the order will be processed and shipped.

All prices of artwork as stated on the website are exclusive of sales tax. Sales tax will be calculated at the time of checkout.

All orders are processed within 14 business days. The nature of the product you have ordered will dictate the wrapping and packing times. In general you should expect to receive your artwork within 6-8 weeks based on your location.

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

Due to the nature of the sale and the limited number of original artwork and exclusive stock, all sales are final. Once an order has been shipped, we do not accept returns on any purchase.

If you have already placed your order please email studio@micaylawilliams.com and include your order number and "Address Update" in the subject line along with the updated address. If your order has already been shipped you will need to contact the shipping company directly to update the information.

If you would like to cancel your order please email studio@micaylawilliams.com within 48 hours of purchasing, include your order number and "Cancellation Request" within the subject line. We cannot promise any cancellations as all sales are final however we will do our best to support you.

Our orders are checked and wrapped with the utmost care so you receive your order in perfect condition. In the rare occurrence an order may have been damaged during transit, please email studio@micaylawilliams.com with "Damaged Order" and your order number within the subject line and supply all of the information below. This email must be completed within 24 hours of receiving the order or we will be unable to assist in rectifying the issue.

Yes, for security reasons all orders require a signature upon delivery. If you will be unavailable to sign for your package please contact the shipping company directly.
